Position Overview

The Community Outreach Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a strong connection to our community health clinic’s mission. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Diagnose a variety of mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
  • Conduct regular sessions with individuals and couples, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and resilience.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on assessments, feedback, and any changes in the client’s situation.
  • Provide psychoeducation and resources regarding mental health, coping strategies, and community support services.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments and refer clients to additional specialists or services as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance the collective approach to care.
  • Document client interactions and treatment details systematically in the electronic health records system to maintain compliance and continuity of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients include a diverse range of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to motivate clients towards achieving their goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a penchant for fostering teamwork.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders and addictions.
  • Proficiency using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally responsive therapy practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Previous involvement in community outreach initiatives is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications, along with a full benefits package. Our employees working 30 hours per week or more receive:
