Job Title: Site Reliability engineering (SRE)
Location: Framingham, MA
Remote (Y/N): No (ONSITE from day one, REMOTE NOT ALLOWED)
Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $50/HR on W2
Mandatory skill: SRE Engineering Principles and DevOps practices, AWS, Azure, and Google, Kubernetes, Dockers, CI/CD, Terraform, New Relic, Couchbase.
Job Description:
7+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to production systems and 24×7 support environments. 
Solid understanding and hands on experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and DevOps practices. 
Extensive experience supporting large scale eCommerce platforms with high availability and high transaction volumes. 
Strong experience in incident management, L1/L2 production support, root cause analysis (RCA), and complex production troubleshooting. 
Hands on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including New Relic (APM, alerts, dashboards, performance monitoring) and Splunk; experience with additional monitoring tools is a plus. 
Working knowledge of Angular applications from an operational, monitoring, and troubleshooting perspective. 
Experience with CouchDB / Couchbase or other NoSQL databases. 
Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and application runtime diagnostics. 
Strong expertise in programming languages and scripting, with hands on experience supporting automation, operational tooling, and backend troubleshooting.
