This position involves working with a team of engineers and support staff to plan, design, and deliver transportation projects from concept through construction. Depending on experience, this role may lead projects as a Project Manager or support projects as a key member of the design team. 



Requirements


What You'll Do

Work on transportation projects, including roadway design, reconstruction, and improvements for local and state clients

Prepare design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects

Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies throughout project development

Assist with project planning, design development, and permitting

Provide support during construction through coordination and construction administration



What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Experience with transportation, municipal, or roadway design projects

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients

A desire to grow professionally and contribute to meaningful projects
