Job Summary

Coordinates with the Recruiting Manager and Hiring Managers to meet recruiting needs. Responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls to set interview appointments for managers throughout the company.

Job Description

JOB DUTIES

  • Make outbound calls to candidates in the current applicant tracking system - including but not limited to: existing applicants, sourced resumes, and licensed agent lists to set interview appointments
  • Answer inbound calls from candidates inquiring about the job opportunity
  • Use company systems to source, contact, engage and set appointments for qualified candidates
  • Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality of goals within system guidelines.
  • Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional telephone skills
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
  • Experience in a telemarketing or call center environment (Preferred)
