Associate Recruiter

Location: Woburn, MA

Work Schedule: Hybrid โ€” onsite Tuesday through Thursday

Hours: 8-hour shift


Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and motivated Associate Recruiter to support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team. This position will assist with interview coordination, candidate communication, campus recruiting, onboarding, recruitment operations, and general recruiting support across multiple business areas.

The ideal candidate has one to two years of talent acquisition experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while creating a positive experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate in-person, video, and phone interviews for recruiters and hiring teams.
  • Schedule recruiting-related meetings, including interview debriefs.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, application status, and next steps.
  • Support campus recruiting initiatives by attending career fairs and campus engagement events.
  • Assist with evaluating entry-level and internship candidates.
  • Help coordinate the summer internship program in partnership with business leaders and HR partners.
  • Review resumes and identify candidates who meet position requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screens and provide recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate job descriptions and compensation information within internal systems.
  • Support recruitment marketing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
  • Assist with employee referral programs, vendor management, and recruiting budgets.
  • Process invoices and purchase orders for candidate travel, agency fees, training programs, and other HR-related expenses.
  • Prepare and maintain Talent Acquisition reports and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Facilitate new-hire orientation and help provide a high-quality onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate internal recruitment activities and ensure internal candidates receive timely communication.
  • Support additional Talent Acquisition and HR projects as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Talent acquisition or recruiting experience required; one to two years preferred.
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing, or supporting hiring across multiple disciplines is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work professionally with different departments and levels of leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and commuting to the Woburn, Massachusetts office Tuesday through Thursday.
