The Project Quality Manager is responsible to build and/or managing the Project Exyte Quality team and to lead and oversee the QA/QC activities of our projects. The Project Quality Manager will be responsible to provide and develop a Project Quality Plan for ensuring the successful and safe support to all the departments involved in the Projects, such as Engineering and Design, Procurement and Subcontracting, Commercial, Project Management, Construction Management, Commissioning Management, etc. in close collaboration with internal department leaders, subcontractors, and clients. This role offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic team, delivering complex projects in diverse industries. Provides quality services in accordance with Exyte internal policy, strategy and requirements as well as with Client specifications and/or local regulations. He will be in charge to manage the Quality program to ensure comprehensive quality of execution for the Customer's satisfaction.

  • Leadership & Expertise: Provide overall leadership and guidance on all the Project QA/QC Team to ensure successful execution.
  • Integrated Quality Assurance and Quality Control Planning: Develop, coordinate, and execute an Integrated Quality Plan, working closely with all the departments to align activities.
  • Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for management and the operations team to ensure alignment and integration of QA/QC activities.
  • Issue Identification & Resolution: Lead the identification and resolution of QA/QC issues, deviation or NCR ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal Exyte Representatives, Subcontractors, Client and third-party Inspectors (if and when applicable) during execution to ensure seamless integration of processes.
  • Quality Execution Plans: Review and mature Quality Execution Plans, consolidating them into an Integrated Quality Plan.
  • Safe & Effective Field Completion: Develop comprehensive plans and interfaces to ensure safe and effective field activities.
  • Documentation & Procedures: Develop and maintain Quality Procedures, Reporting, Progress Tracking, Certification Tracking Systems, and Quality processes.
  • Project Reviews & Safety: Actively participate in Project Safety and Operability reviews, providing Quality input and guidance.
  • Staffing & Execution: Ensure that QA/QC activities are adequately staffed, planned, and executed according to schedule, tracking certifications and quality objectives.
  • Handover & Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of handover procedures and required documentation.
  • Schedule Management: Lead the preparation, maintenance, and progress monitoring of the Quality activities schedule, ensuring alignment with construction and commissioning timelines.
  • Interface Management: Clarify and maintain interfaces for any Quality matter ensuring alignment with Clients and Project needs.
  • EHS Compliance: Enforce and ensure adherence to Exyte's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies during QA/QC activities.
  • Field Support & Documentation: Provide technical and field support to QA/QC staff, ensuring the proper documentation and recording of all QA/QC activities.
  • Client & Subcontractor Coordination: Collaborating with subcontractors and the client's representatives.

Minimum Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (the required education degree may be substituted by extensive professional experience involving similar work responsibilities and/or additional training certificates in relevant domains)
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality Management in construction companies
Multidisciplinary experience in Quality Management; Civil, Structural Steel, Mechanical, Piping, HVAC, Electrical and Instrumentation, Process, with ensuring that QA/QC activities are performed aligned with Project standards, specifications, local regulations and laws, international standards, and aligned with Client needs.
