Job Description

The Paid Search Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst independently audits current accounts and campaigns to ensure the accuracy and consistency of advertising across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This role plays a critical part in maintaining campaign performance and client-facing ad quality by verifying proper setup, tracking, grammar, and adherence to best practices.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Independently audit and review campaigns for correct external attributes, including targeting, ad copy, grammar, creative, incentives, extensions, sitelinks, logos, seasonality, and landing page destinations

  • Independently audit and review campaigns for correct internal attributes, including budgeting, pacing, campaign name, ad/ad group name, asset group naming, bidding strategies, search themes, inventory linking, and more

  • Validate campaign structure and naming conventions to align with internal guidelines, OEM regulations, and client expectations

  • Assist with pre-launch and post-launch QA to ensure campaigns meet performance and compliance standards

  • Confirm correct tracking implementation (UTM parameters, conversion tags, etc.) across platforms and ensure data flows correctly to analytics tools

  • Monitor campaign performance for anomalies and flag potential issues (e.g., budget pacing, underperforming ads, disapproved creatives)

  • Cross-check client templates and inbound requests against live campaigns to verify completeness and accuracy

  • Assist the team with the implementation of new month incentives and creative changeovers and audit according to deadlines given

  • Collaborate with Paid Media Managers and Paid Search Analysts to troubleshoot and resolve campaign discrepancies or errors

  • Maintain documentation of QA processes and contribute to the improvement of QA workflows

  • Assist with pre-launch and post-launch QA to ensure campaigns meet performance and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical and process-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
