Role: Salesforce QA Consultant
Duration : Long Term Contract
Location : Remote
Job Description :
Salesforce Platform: Strong understanding of core features, data model, security (profiles/roles), workflows, validation rules, and specific Clouds (Service, Experience).
Testing Methodologies: Expertise in functional, regression, integration, UAT, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
Preferred Technical Skills: API testing, and integration testing concepts.
Tools: Proficiency with test management (Jira), bug tracking, and preferred familiarity with automation tools (Provar, Selenium, Playwright).
Process: Agile/Scrum environments, requirement analysis, risk assessment, and creating test artifacts (plans, cases, reports).
Soft Skills: Communication: Excellent written/verbal skills to liaise with developers, BAs, and clients.
Analytical: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical reasoning.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into test cases.
Execute tests, identify/track defects, and manage test data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (devs, BAs, PMs).
