How you will create an impact
We are seeking a Data Engineer with 5 years of experience in building robust data solutions. The candidate will collaborate with various project teams on multiple ongoing activities, including tasks that may extend beyond standard service level agreements.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and support data needs
  • Perform data analysis, manage ad-hoc data requests, and ensure high-quality data availability to drive data-driven decision making
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines across diverse environments (Snowflake, Oracle Exadata, SSIS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver data solutions for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and business intelligence initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
  • Property & Casualty insurance domain knowledge
  • Proficiency in Snowflake and advanced SQL
  • Experience with Oracle and Python ETL processes
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Cloud technology experience (AWS preferred)
  • Ability to design, build, and deploy data solutions
