Position Summary:

We'reseekinga driven and collaborative Associate Product Manager to help shape the future of JUDI,Judi Health'senterprise health platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is intellectually curious, and is passionate about delivering impactful healthcare technology solutions.The ideal candidate has experience building data products and platforms, partnering closely with data engineering and analytics engineering teams, and translating complex data capabilities intoconsumer-facingproduct experiences.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other PMs, engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of product features.
  • Effectively manage and meet stakeholders' priorities and expectations while assuming the role of a subject matter expert through deep intellectual curiosity and drive to learn.
  • Partner with go-to-market and client-facing teams toidentifykey value-add opportunities.
  • Analyze product data to derive insights toassistin the prioritization and post release optimization of the products.
  • Work withdesignteam to conduct user experience testing and research.
  • Collect and act on feedback from internal stakeholders and external clients to ideate andanticipatenew products.
  • Create andmaintainteamspecific 15 month rolling product roadmap.
  • Develop business requirements andspecificationdocuments.
  • Define product requirements for data pipelines, data models, and data services that enablehigh-qualitydata delivery.
  • Perform backlog refinement, epic planning, and other scrum events.
  • Conduct user testing prior to and post release of functionality to the customer.
  • Publish value driven release notes and user guides.
  • Present roadmap updates and product delivery risks to senior leadership.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day project management functions with regards to the specific products under development.
  • Support general business needs, asrequired.
  • Responsible for adherence to theJudi HealthCode of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance

MinimumQualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role, Software Engineering role or related work experience
  • Experience with pharmacy benefit management, healthplans,or other health care companies.
  • Experience supporting data products, data platforms, or analytics focused productinitiatives.
  • Strong understanding of modern data engineering and analytics engineering practices including data modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, orchestration, and data quality.
  • Ability to conceptualize and translate complex problems intoviablesolutions.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in adeadline-drivenenvironment.
  • Highly analytical; demonstratable knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud technologies, including Snowflake, AWS S3, and orchestration tools such asDagster, Airflow, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills withthe abilityto translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Intellectual and professional curiosity.
  • Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience with agile framework; certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
  • Experience withGithubor similar source code repositories preferred.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred.
