OVERVIEW

CR's Shopping program extends our expert recommendations beyond product selection to help consumers make smarter purchase decisions. We make it easier for people to buy the right products, at the right price, from vetted online retailers whenever they are ready to shop.

We're looking for an experienced, affiliate-savvy marketer to manage the growth and day-to-day execution of our program. The "Manager, Affiliate Program (Publisher) will report to the Associate Director, Shopping while working directly with our affiliate partners, retailers and commerce platforms to maintain operational excellence, support partner relationships, and execute initiatives that drive revenue performance.ย ย

  • ย Work directly with affiliate partners, retailers, and commerce platforms to support relationship development, identify performance opportunities, and help build deeper partnerships that advance our affiliate program and deliver value to consumers.
  • ย Manage the day-to-day execution of the affiliate program, including link management, QA, and partner onboarding.
  • ย Maintain and track promotional activity, deals, and partner initiatives.
  • ย Monitor partner performance and collaborate with analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, editorial, marketing) to support affiliate initiatives and improve the shopping experience.

Compensation for the successful candidate will be informed by the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience.ย  We have three locations: Yonkers, NY, Washington, DC and Colchester, CT.
