Job description

Manatee is a virtual mental health clinic for kids and families. We partner with pediatricians and health systems to connect families to care, fast. As our Provider Partnerships Manager, you'll lead the field team that builds those partnerships - carrying your own relationships while coaching two Associates across Texas and Illinois. This is a full-time, remote role with regular field travel, ideal for someone who leads from the front, not from behind a dashboard.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the Field Team: Manage and coach Provider Partnerships Associates across Texas and Illinois; set goals, run pipeline reviews, and build their in-person selling skills.
  • Own Partner Retention: Manage the Provider Success Manager, who tracks partner engagement, re-engages partners who've gone quiet, and keeps existing referral relationships healthy.
  • Build Relationships Yourself: Conduct your own outreach and in-person meetings with physician practices and health systems. You're in the field, not managing from a distance. You're a strategic partner, not just a rep with a pitch; using data and a real understanding of pediatric behavioral health referral patterns to have credible, high impact conversations with skeptical gatekeepers, not just show up and ask for a referral.
  • Grow the Partner Base: Drive new pediatrician and health-system partnerships from first contact to signed, active referral relationships. You'll personally carry a monthly new-partnership quota.
  • Direct the Marketing Support: Guide the Provider Marketing Associate's collateral and campaigns with real field feedback on what pediatricians respond to.
  • Keep the Pipeline Honest: Own the CRM and territory view across both states, so no partner falls through the cracks.

What You Bring:
  • 4+ years in field sales, business development, or partnerships, with 2+ years managing or coaching a team
  • Comfortable with in-person selling and building relationships face-to-face
  • Healthcare, pediatric, or behavioral-health experience is a strong plus
  • Hubspot or similar CRM experience
  • A track record of hitting partnership or revenue targets you personally owned
  • Comfortable remotely managing people and territories
  • Valid, active driver's license - this role does require frequent local travel across your territory

Why Manatee:
  • Mission: We make care happen for families who need it most.
  • Ownership: Build and run a field team from the ground up.
  • Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere, with regular travel to your territories.
  • Real Impact: Your team's work connects families to life-changing care, often in under 2 days.
  • High Growth Environment: Join a fast scaling company with real room to grow in the role and the team you build
