Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Project Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
o Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution under the guidance of senior PMs.
o Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders.
o Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and help resolve issues as they arise.
Risk Management:
o Assist in identifying project risks early and help develop mitigation strategies.
o Monitor risk management plans and ensure timely communication of any changes.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
o Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
o Help in preparing reports and presentations for leadership teams.
Process Improvement:
o Assist senior PMs in identifying areas of improvement in project management processes.
o Participate in post-project reviews to highlight lessons learned and improve future project execution.
Mentorship & Development:
o Participate in training programs and workshops to gain knowledge and experience in project management.
o Work closely with senior PMs to gain hands-on experience in a mentorship-driven environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 Year Degree in business or finance
  • Minimum one years of IT experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or work experience in project management is a plus
  • Preferred but not required experience with: Autotask, Datto RMM, Auvik or Managed Services (MSP) experience a major plus

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
