What You Will Do With Us

As the Counter/Inside Sales Associate, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, maintain the customer database and receive & process orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

  • Sales Support, you will assist customers with any inquiries In-person, via phone and at the counter. 
  • You will make a personal impact, you consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
  • You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.
  • You are a detailed and organized, you will actively and continuously provide up to date status notifications on orders and follow policies and procedures for order processing.
Qualifications
  • Product knowledge of the electrical business and or understanding of basics electricity would be an asset.
  • You have 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience
  • You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
  • Self-motivated and has a thirst for knowledge.  Enjoys learning and motivated to take all available training that is offered either by Rexel and or its manufacturing partners
  • You have experience using inventory management systems including AS400 (an asset.)
