  • Project Engineer (EIT)
The Project Engineer (EIT) supports a wide range of duties from concept to final delivery with a focus on deliverables for special projects in collaboration with our dynamic team and leadership. This role focuses on developing detailed technical drawings and designs, calculating material quantities, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The Project Engineer works closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that all designs meet project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
A candidate who brings a proven track record of experience supporting a high-volume of projects and/or working with special book of business requiring a high emphasis on quality will be an incredible consideration for such an opportunity.ย

--Primary Responsibilities--
  • Prepare accurate presentation, design, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the project team, including engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients.
  • Interpret relevant codes, regulations, and client requirements to guide the design process.
  • Implement and utilize established CAD standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Calculate quantities, areas, and other essential data necessary for land development civil engineering designs.
  • Travel periodically to perform site investigations, take measurements, and observe construction progress, followed by the preparation of detailed reports and exhibits.
  • Assist in compiling construction plans from all disciplines and ensure timely submission to agencies with jurisdiction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
--Position Requirements--
  • Associate's Degree or Computer - Aided Design Certificate
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Suite software's and drafting techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in Commercial, Retail, Restaurant, and Industrial projects is a plus.
  • Adaptable and receptive to instruction from others.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent oral, written and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate project deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record
