An On-Site Position in Windsor, Ct for a qualified Project Manager. Working closely with Section Lead / Group Leads / Senior Tech Leads. The candidate will have a process to follow, ownership of jobs and responsibility to be involved with audits and requesting documentation from group members in a timely manner, all to be placed in a project notebook. Principle Responsibilities: * Review Belsuite daily for outstanding Action Items , complete items daily * Update Project Folders on the B drive for new or revised SOWs * Add Read Me document for the list of Qualified Inspectors to 6Inspection folder on the B drive in the Project Folder * Add Word document for the Project Status Reports distribution list to 5Status Reports on the B drive in the Project Folder * Ensure that Kick Off Meeting Checklists are completed and filed int 3Project_Planning on the B drive in the Project Folder * Update deliverables weekly in Belsuite from Deliverables Trackers (7Deliverables) on the B drive in the Project Folder * Review and Save Status reports in PDF format to 5Status Reports in the Project Folder on the B drive * Email Status Reports to customer weekly. Save a copy of email in Project Folder in 5Status Reports in the Project Folder on the B Drive * Update Deliverables for Revisions in Belsuite * Review SureSource daily for new or revised SOWs * Print SOW details in PDF format for new or revised SOWs and save to 2Contract_Review in B drive project folder * Create Project Approval Sheet for new or Revised SOWs * Send new or revised SOWs to PM and Section Lead to create/revise Quote and create/update Sow Quality Checklist * Certify Sow Quality Checklist * Save a copy of the Quote approval in the appropriate SOW revision folder in the Project Folder on the B drive * Quote jobs in SureSource * Save View Quote in PDF Landscape format to SOW revision folder in 2Contract _Review in B drive project Folder * Add new tasks in Belsuite for SOW revisions * Use Project Edit field in Belsuite to update/change/add revisions to SOW#, New Tasks, New Deliverables, changes to Client Contacts, Purchase Order number * Review MFA Report in SureSource and retrieve MFAs and forward to my team * Request Unsolicited MFAs at 3 - month or 6-month interval depending on the length of the SOW. Save a copy to 9Project_Closeout in the Project Folder on the B Drive. * Audit project folders monthly to ensure all documents are accurate and saved to the correct revision folders * Assist PMs daily with tasks and issues. Qualifications: A. Education: Minimum of an Associate degree with engineering experience. B. Minimum Experience: Minimum of Two (1) years of experience. C. Technology: Proficient in the use of Excel, creating PDF"s, Microsoft skills D. Citizenship: Due to the nature of the job, ship is required. E. Inhouse training on specific tools. Compensation: We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $50,000 to $58,000 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.'
