Job Title: Associate Project ManagerOverview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Associate Project Manager to support operational and project-driven initiatives within a dynamic life sciences environment. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements, maintain project timelines, and ensure successful execution of key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  • Build process maps and identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
  • Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support SKU setup and system-related processes across internal platforms
  • Analyze operational data and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and on-time project delivery
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience supporting project management activities, including planning, tracking, and execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams
  • Experience in process improvement and SOP development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
