Position: Associate - Customer Service Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Arlington Heights, IL About the Opportunity: Symbiotic Services is seeking a Customer Service Associate to serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service, responsiveness, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, issues, and general requests Maintain accurate customer records in both electronic and physical formats Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate entry Coordinate with production teams to ensure orders are scheduled and delivered on time Provide pricing quotes and support new customer project setup and tracking Prepare sample orders for customers and internal sales teams Collaborate with account managers to resolve customer issues and support ongoing projects Analyze and resolve complex customer concerns while communicating effectively with internal teams Assist in researching and resolving accounts receivable issues in partnership with finance and account management Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or customer service environment preferred Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
