Job Description
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in San Diego, CA (on-site).
Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain CMMC & NIST 800-171 compliance.
  • Image development and remote deployment.
  • Provide system administration for infrastructure while establishing and maintaining security as it relates to users.
  • Lead and complete a diverse set of IT projects (software deployments, system migrations, updates, networking configurations, facility build outs, audio/video install).
  • Exhibit a track record of solid IT systems knowledge with hardware, software, network printers, server, VM, and other network technology.
  • Participate in onboarding of new hires through electronic presentation; ensure that new hires have functioning computers and are aware of how to use them according to company policies and guidelines.
  • Install, upgrade, configure, test, maintain and support operating system software and associated applications in a production environment.
  • Create & maintain all configuration documentation.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Local/Remote Network Management and configuration (Cisco switches, Ubiquiti routers, Aruba IAP's, Blade servers/VM's).
  • Design, implement and maintain SIEM, security baseline configuration for O365 GCC High, Intune & Azure Active Directory Group Policy Settings.
  • Conference room audio/video install & maintenance.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, audio/video, and storage and network connectivity.
  • Inventory Management with the use of asset tagging and auditing.
  • Review system and security logs to locate and investigate anomalies.
  • Apply security patches to applications and operating systems.

Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • Ability to run new Cat6 wiring in Ceilings, walls, and floors (interior and exterior) while applying proper termination techniques.
  • Knowledge and ability to mount flat screen TV's to various wall surfaces.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills
  • Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
  • Experience in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Networking to include Cisco CLI usage
  • Strong knowledge of networking and security concepts including routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and SNMP monitoring
  • Strong technical, analytical, and trouble-shooting skills with ability to communicate technical information to non-technical end-users
  • Facility rough-in experience
  • CMMC/NIST 800-171 experience
  • Database, cloud application, software development, or website development experience is a plus.
  • PC Watercooling build experience a plus.
