What is the role about?
Join Endress+Hauser's NEXUS program as an Engineering Associate and embark on a transformative journey to develop technical and business skills and gain exposure to different functions within the Customer Excellence department. Through a personalized 6-12-month program designed for new graduates, participants will focus on executing functions required to support our customers and drive our business, gaining hands-on practical skills, technical skills, business acumen, and insight into our operations. You will interact with various groups learning the Sales, Service, and Projects portions of our business.
Through your NEXUS journey, participants will have access to a network of mentors, peers, and industry experts who will guide and support your continuous learning as you accelerate your career with us. Placement opportunities after successful completion of the program include a variety of roles in any of our US based locations.
Which tasks will you perform?
  • Continually learn and develop skills for handling Endress+Hauser tools, processes, etc. within the different teams/functions.
  • Address customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, Salesforce, and email.
  • Collaborate with others to provide technical support and develop solutions for customers.
  • Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by addressing post-sales technical questions and supporting the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing communication with customers on pending quotes, addressing unresolved issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?
You will have (required):
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field
  • Internship, co-op or work experience in an engineering related and/or customer focused role
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. All employees must be eligible to work in the United States.
