Part of the Engineering team in Process Automation Energy Industries in the USA, the Associate Project Engineer assists all aspects of system implementation of a project including loading systems, configuring networks
and preparing systems for shipment. In this role, you will prepare and modify various computer and network systems by applying standard design concepts.

The work model for the role is: hybrid. #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Automation, Energy Industries Division in either Houston, TX.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Performing survey work, standard computations, analysis, and basic design tasks.
Exercising judgment on limited details of work and on application of standard methods and preparing project documentation within your scope of deliverables.
Assisting customers on technical issues and interacting with official contacts, contractors, and other staff within your scope of deliverables.
Supporting in communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings.
Participating in workshops related to engineering design, tools, and processes.

Ability and willingness to travel approximately up to 20% of the time

Qualifications for the role:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other engineering degree (upcoming graduates will also be considered)
Experience in configuration of computer systems or networks
Knowledge and/or experience administrating Information Systems and Virtual environments preferred
Strong technical knowledge of Windows configuration and administration, operating system fundamentals, and network components and infrastructure including networking hardware and basic networking theory is preferred
Candidates must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident of USA
Position will be based in Houston, TX
Reimbursement for relocation is not available
