Job Description:

  • Participants in the selected training program will receive guidance and mentorship from industry experts, enabling them to explore their potential and identify roles that align with their strengths and interests.
  • Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to officially begin their careers at OTT in their preferred or most suitable field.

Participants will have the opportunity to work in one of the following roles:

Trader:

We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong interest in and passion for financial markets to join us as Traders. In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of and adhere to OTT's trading philosophy and risk management protocols.
  • Conduct risk management analysis, review trades, and evaluate performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Monitor fundamental, macroeconomic, and sector-specific news, assessing their impact on financial markets.
  • Adapt swiftly and effectively between fast and slow market conditions.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, discipline, and a results-driven mindset.

Marketing Specialist:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing marketing and communication plans while contributing to various company operational initiatives.
  • Proactively managing marketing campaigns, addressing a wide range of marketing and communication requirements.
  • Analyzing market trends and evaluating competitors' best practices to identify successful tactics.
  • Developing compelling communication materials for sales channels, including web banners, video content, print advertisements, point-of-sale materials, sales presentations, sales sheets, and more.

Administrative Assistant:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate project-related tasks, manage documentation, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Manage the flow of information accurately and promptly, maintaining confidentiality where required.
  • Prepare and format internal and external communications in both English and Mandarin as required, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensure proper setup, and manage meal arrangements when necessary.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, and Finance.
  • 1-2 years of work experience or internship experience in the related field preferred; however, new graduates are also welcome to apply!
