In this high-impact position, you will drive the overarching technical vision and strategic trajectory for next-generation detection and electronic systems.   • Architect comprehensive technology roadmaps and long-term technical vision for advanced sensor, detection, and electromagnetic capabilities.

  • Drive complex engineering initiatives and mentor multidisciplinary teams across the full lifecycle of advanced electronic systems.

  • Prioritize internal Research And Development investments by aligning technological innovation with government stakeholder requirements and organizational targets.

What You Bring
  • Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Clearance (Mandatory).

  • Masterโ€™s Degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical discipline.

  • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning Technology Strategy, Engineering Management, and major technical initiative oversight.

  • Proven subject matter expertise in Radar Systems Engineering, Antenna Technologies, and Advanced Sensor Systems.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in R&D Management, Product Lifecycle Strategy, and Systems Integration.

  • Executive-level mastery in Customer Engagement, Strategic Planning, and Defense Program Capture.

  • An MBA or equivalent advanced executive education is beneficial.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
