Job Description

Klick Consulting is seeking an Associate Consultant to support strategy, innovation, and digital transformation work for healthcare and life sciences clients. This role contributes to client engagements through research, analysis, insight development, and clear communication of recommendations. The Associate Consultant collaborates with Consulting team members and cross-functional experts across business strategy, behavioral science, data, and technology.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Support insight generation through secondary research, client data review, expert interviews, and structured analysis.
  • Develop client-ready proposal materials, presentation decks, and strategic recommendations for healthcare and life sciences engagements.
  • Present findings and recommendations in client meetings with clear verbal communication and evidence-based reasoning.
  • Translate research, data, and project analysis into concise visual and written materials for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Consulting team members across strategy, behavioral science, AI/ML, and digital disciplines to deliver project outcomes.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Post-secondary education in business, science, healthcare, economics, strategy, or a related discipline, with coursework or project work demonstrating analytical thinking.
  • 1+ year of internship, co-op, academic, or professional experience conducting research, analysis, or strategy work in a consulting, healthcare, life sciences, or business setting.
  • Experience creating clear written deliverables such as research summaries, presentation slides, proposals, or recommendation documents.
  • Experience using PowerPoint or Google Slides to communicate insights visually for academic, internal, or client-facing audiences.
  • Experience presenting ideas, findings, or recommendations to stakeholders, clients, professors, or senior team members.
  • Demonstrated interest in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, consumer health, healthcare, or life sciences through work, education, research, or projects.

Desired:

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Advanced degree, MBA, MSc, MPH, or other graduate-level education related to business, science, healthcare, or strategy.
  • Experience supporting client-facing work in management consulting, healthcare consulting, agency, pharma, biotech, or medical device environments.
  • Experience conducting expert interviews, stakeholder interviews, qualitative research, or synthesis of primary research findings.
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for structured analysis, data organization, or business case development.

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is between CAD $80,000 - $95,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidateโ€™s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
