We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the team. SHIFT AVAILABLE: Monday-Friday, 1pm-9pm; OT as needed (training Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm)

Key Responsibilities for Production Support include:

  • Sort and package materials and products manually
  • Perform visual quality control checks including package counts, package durability, and package image
  • Support the verification process of finished goods for our customers
  • Folding & taping boxes, applying labels, and stacking boxes on pallets according to direction.
  • Other duties and functions may be assigned on an as-needed basis.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

  • Ability to work closely with teams/departments to create an environment that supports the workflow.
  • Ability to engage in areas of continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives in finishing.
  • Ability to work safely, abide by and promote established safety policies and procedures. Identify and follow up on unsafe conditions.
  • Ability to manage time effectively on multiple long and short-term projects simultaneously, meeting all related deadlines.
  • Ability to endure long periods of standing, which also involves movement in and around the work area and machines required.
  • Solid math, reading, and writing skills and the ability to tactfully communicate to customers and employees of all levels.
  • Good interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people.

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • High School degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a converting environment is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Computer skills and knowledge required.
  • Good motor skills, dexterity mechanical, and analytical skills are a plus.
