Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an onsite program scheduling and planning integrator to support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system. The right candidate will be able to work onsite with program teams, provide exceptional communication skills, able to execute former experience as a schedule and planning subject matter expert and capable of troubleshooting complex schedule issues, and has working experience with administration and integration of multiple large and complex schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule within an MS Project 365 server environment
This position is responsible for:
  • Use of MS Project 365 to include experience with administration of MS project server and/or MS Planner to provide user access control for each schedule project, schedule, and schedule data management functions
  • The creation, maintenance, update and troubleshooting for MS Project schedules managed within the MS Project server environment
  • Managing complex schedule management and integration process for major programs
  • Maintenance, and execution of processes (existing or not) that support the execution and planning of the technical program requirements using MS Project software and other tools like SSI Tools
  • Building schedule visualization products as outputs from multiple complex MS Project schedules using software such as Onepager
  • Managing the execution of a schedule updates and integration process as a routine business execution process
  • Implementing schedule development and management standards and processes used across multiple programs and project offices
  • Reporting schedule management metrics as outputs from the schedule integration process
  • Creating and implementing schedule template files for use across broad programs and projects that allow for consistent tracking of similar events across multiple disconnected schedules, evaluation of integrated schedules using multiple different schedule data filters to produce schedule outputs and export

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
