Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Product Operations Manager, the Associate Product Manager I is responsible for managing product and market-related activities to support, promote, and grow the market for assigned products. This position collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management and customer satisfaction. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.

Essential Functions:

  • Support multiple product lines by assisting in product planning, launches, training, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain marketing literature, presentations, sampling programs, product forecasts, and price lists.
  • Serve as a key contributor to website content and competitive cross-reference lists.
  • Assist in new product development activities and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and recommend improvements to increase HellermannTytonโ€™s market share in assigned areas.
  • Generate and analyze sales and profitability reports, identifying trends relevant to business growth.
  • Support product and customer needs globally, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements across product lines.

Other Functions:

  • Conduct pricing and product analysis.
  • Support product forecasting and inventory optimization efforts.

Success in this role will require
