Job description

Roblox's 21-month Associate Product Manager (APM) rotational program is designed to cultivate well-rounded product leaders through mentorship, guided learning, and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners to learn about our full platform ecosystem, applying that knowledge to  build and enhance features used by millions of players and creators every day, spanning payment systems, consumer mobile apps, social features, and game development.

Applications for this position will close on Friday, October 30th at 5 PM PST - we recruit on a rolling basis.

You Will:

  • Build product features that millions of users will interact with every day, sharing updates, progress, and learnings to stakeholders across the business.
  • Partner with senior product managers to define product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in design, data science, product marketing and engineering to write specifications, experimentation plans and go-to-market briefs.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify creator community needs and opportunities.
  • Support market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Upon completing the 21-month rotational cycle, APMs have the opportunity to graduate and join Roblox as a full time Product Manager (PM) within a specific team at Roblox.

You Are:

  • Pursuing or possessing an undergraduate/graduate degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, mathematics or a related field.
  • Passionate about user experience, building products and features that delight our community as they play, create, and connect.
  • Curious about user experiences, seeking to understand what drives behaviors.
  • A collaborative partner, comfortable sharing and presenting your ideas across different audiences.

Please note the Company may not be able to employ candidates who have United States work authorization related to certain U.S. visa categories, or support future H-1B sponsorship at this time. You may redact age, date of birth, and dates of attendance/graduation from your resume if you prefer.
