Sales Associate/Product Specialist
As a Sales Associate / Product Specialist at a Rohrman dealership, you'll be the face of our brand - guiding customers through one of the most important purchases of their lives. Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming manner - both in-person and digitally.
  • Guide customers through the full vehicle selection process, demonstrating features, options, and values across our inventory.
  • Conduct test drives and present vehicles in a way that aligns with each customer's needs and lifestyle.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively with the finance and management teams to structure and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and competitive landscape.

Schedule and Compensation
  • Full-time position including full time benefits
