This role will be primarily responsible for helping to keep production line running. This role will assist the production line manager overseeing the overall daily operations, including but not limited to: work order tracking, guaranteeing on-time completion, maintaining high quality, troubleshooting issues, and working with the engineering team to ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will be responsible for tracking the overall status of work orders and overseeing that the orders are delivered on time and are built with the highest quality.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for organizing the work order schedules and meeting delivery deadlines.

The qualified candidate will assist to manage the production line and enforce safety rules, clean room rules, Electroโ€‘Static Discharge regulations, and enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures in order to maintain high production efficiency and quality.

The qualified candidate will assist to organize manpower and work order schedules in order to improve production line efficiency.

This position will assist with all managerial responsibilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will assist the production line manager to supervise all operators, technicians, and supervisors. This role will be directly responsible for organizing employee schedules, approving time sheets, and approving Paid Time Off requests from subordinates.

Qualifications

Required Education: Associateโ€™s degree, technology or business related.

Preferred Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree, technology or business related.

Required Experience:

Computer skills to provide daily activities reports.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Continually walking, lifting, carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping and crouching.

Must be willing and able to work in a cleanroom environment around equipment and maintain protocol and dress-code, including a full-body gown and face mask, no perfume, and no makeโ€‘up.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. of weight continuously.
