THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE 

 As a Lead Associate, AI Platform Product Management, you will be responsible for delivering core capabilities of Fannie Mae’s enterprise AI Platform. You will balance innovation velocity with enterprise-grade security, governance, and cost controls, ensuring the platform enables safe, scalable, and responsible AI adoption across the enterprise. This role combines hands-on product leadership, vendor/ partner relationship management and cross‑functional influence across Engineering, Security, Risk, Finance, Legal, Data Science, and Business teams. 

You will lead and deliver AI platform capabilities that directly enable Fannie Mae’s AI strategy, while developing product talent and ensuring strong execution discipline.

  • Platform and Product leadership - Own and manage the product vision and roadmap for core AI Platform capabilities, aligning priorities to enterprise AI strategy and business outcomes.
  • Core Platform Capabilities - Owns foundational AI platform services that enable consistent, reliable, and compliant development, deployment, and operation of AI solutions at enterprise scale.
  • Agentic and Developer Platform - Provides standardized frameworks, runtimes, memory, and orchestration to build, deploy, and manage AI agents reliably across research and production environments.
  • Models and Tools - Manages enterprise access to models, developer tools, evaluation frameworks, and prompt assets to accelerate high‑quality, repeatable AI development.
  • Client & Stakeholder engagement - Partners with business teams to onboard priority use cases, translate needs into platform capabilities, and drive adoption through a strong developer and user experience

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 

 Minimum Required Experiences 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, platform products, or technology strategy
  • Demonstrated experience working on complex platforms or developer‑focused products
  • Experience working with AI/ML and data platforms,, or cloud infrastructure
  • Strong product strategy, roadmap, and execution skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Experience partnering across engg., security, finance, and risk teams
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skill

Desired Experiences 

  • Experience with agentic AI systems, LLM platforms, or AI dev tooling
  • Familiarity with FinOps, observability, and platform governance
  • Experience operating in regulated or risk‑sensitive environments
  • Background in financial services, data platforms, or enterprise AI preferred
