Associate Product Manager - Sell-Side
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the Sell-Side product suite. This role partners with the Head of Sell-Side Product to help execute the roadmap and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Client Solutions, and Support.
You will contribute to feature delivery, documentation, and client go-lives by ensuring requirements are clear, releases are organized, and delivered functionality works as expected. This is a junior product role suited for someone with strong organizational skills and growing technical fluency in a capital markets or SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Product Delivery & Execution
  • Support execution of the Sell-Side product roadmap.
  • Assist with requirement definition, backlog grooming, sprint coordination, and release tracking.
  • Validate new features by testing API workflows and confirming expected system behavior.
  • Coordinate development and production environment readiness, including configuration alignment, documentation updates, and structured handover for releases.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to keep projects on track.

Client Coordination
  • Support client onboarding and go-lives in partnership with Onboarding and Solutions teams.
  • Participate in client demos, training sessions, and feedback collection.
  • Help investigate client issues and coordinate follow-ups with Engineering.

Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain product documentation, release notes, and feature guides.
  • Track delivery milestones and assist with product reporting and usage insights.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related role (preferably in fintech, capital markets, or SaaS).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow structured processes.
  • Comfortable testing APIs (e.g., Postman) and reviewing API responses.
  • Familiarity with configuration files (YAML/JSON) and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
Preferred
  • Exposure to trading systems or financial technology.
  • Basic familiarity with Git and reviewing configuration changes.
  • Experience supporting B2B product releases or client implementations.
