JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your Product Associate career to the next level.

  • Run structured discovery to understand how work is done today through stakeholder interviews, shadowing, workflow walkthroughs, and artifact review (templates, trackers, email trails, SOPs), documenting true operational steps vs. assumed process and surfacing undocumented dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Design Teams, Business Partners, and Product Owners to design user experience, define detailed requirements, and deliver new product features, ensuring designs account for operational realities, edge cases, and manual-work reduction opportunities.
  • Establish outcome-focused governance by publishing regular KPI readouts and decision logs, aligning on expected benefits vs. realized benefits, and transparently calling out gaps with corrective actions (process changes, backlog reprioritization, training, additional automation, or controls enhancements).
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle and day-to-day execution, driving discovery and ideation through strategic development, detailed requirements definition, delivery, and ongoing value management, while owning prioritization, stakeholder/client communications and experience, project management, including when things go wrong, by leading incident triage, coordinating cross-functional war rooms (Product, Engineering, Ops, Risk/Controls, vendors), driving root-cause analysis, and ensuring timely recovery with clear client/business communications.
  • Assist in planning and managing the release schedule and milestones for software releases, ensuring smooth transitions in both UAT and production environments
  • Develop and maintain release management processes and documentation. Ensure adoption and achievement of business objectives through robust change management activities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • 5+ years applied experience on strategy, product management or transformation initiatives
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Deep understanding of commercial lending products and processes
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data to support product decisions
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
