The Produce Associate will handle the receiving, inspection, and proper storage of produce items to minimize waste and maximize shelf life. Additionally, this role involves providing excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and answering questions about produce varieties and usage. The ultimate goal is to create a welcoming and efficient produce section that enhances the shopping experience and drives repeat business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail or grocery environment, preferably in produce or perishables.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and reaching for extended periods.
