Automotive Sales Associate

Join our growing New Car Sales Team as an Automotive Sales Associate! We’re looking for a motivated, people‑focused professional with sales experience and a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership, answering questions and guiding them through vehicle selection based on their needs.
  • Build and maintain a customer base to produce continued business for years to come.
  • Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, performance, and optional equipment.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questions.
  • Offer and conduct test drives while following dealership identification protocol.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance to improve time management and overall results.
Qualifications
