The RolePresidio Networked Solutions, LLC seeks Associate Engineer to build scalable, cutting-edge software and application solutions for enterprise clients. Implement engineering best practices such as design review, continuous integration, and test-driven development. Present technical proposals and solution strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting client engagement and relationship-building efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clients, architects, project managers, and sales to define technical requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment across business and technology objectives. Explore new technology platforms, coordinate project activities, and facilitate communication across teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, and 1 year of computer programming experience.
Experience must include 1 year of experience with back-end development and open source technologies such as Jersey framework or Spring framework; 1 year of experience with relational databases such as Postgres and MySQL; 1 year of experience with at least two of the following NoSQL DB technologies: Cassandra, Couchbase, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB; 1 year of experience with developing applications with cloud platforms AWS or Azure; 1 year of experience with agile JIRA and DevOps tools Docker, Gradle, and Git; 1 year of hands-on programming experience with web development in the following languages: Java, JavaScript (Node, Angular, or React), and Python. Experience may be gained pre-, post- or during degree program. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the United States.
