Print Production Operator / Office Services Associate

Location: Chicago, IL (Downtown)

Employment Type: 5-Month Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Print Production Operator / Office Services Associate to support daily print shop and office services operations within a corporate environment. This role is responsible for operating digital print and finishing equipment, performing quality control checks, managing production workflows, and ensuring client requests are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will have experience in printing, shipping, mail services, office administration, or office support and possess strong communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain digital printing and finishing equipment.
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and operational readiness checks.
  • Monitor print quality, including color consistency, alignment, registration, and paper positioning.
  • Make equipment adjustments as needed to maintain production standards.
  • Produce and finish projects accurately while meeting established deadlines.
  • Support quality control processes and identify production issues.
  • Maintain documentation related to production quality, errors, and performance metrics.
  • Handle marketing collateral and other print production materials.
  • Communicate effectively with internal clients, associates, and management.
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
