Job description

Miller Brother Solutions is looking for reliable candidates for some Metal Forming Operator positions in North East, PA. These are 2nd shift openings with a pay rate of $18.22/hour plus a $.50 shift differential. A raise to over $19/hour will happen at hire.
Metal Form Operator
Shift: 2nd shift 3:30pm-2am Monday through Thursday, candidate will train on 1st shift--6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $18.22/hour plus a .50 shift differential. Raise to $19.10/hour at hire
***Candidate must pass a drug screen and be open to a criminal background check***
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate the mill, including roll changes
  • Operate in-line welder as needed
  • Change rolls, shims and components in the mill as needed
  • Work with very close tolerances from blueprints and roll form cards.
  • Use shop math, micrometer, gauges, tape measure and calipers.
  • Complete setups, routine maintenance, and other equipment related to operations.
  • Change pre-punch, punch and cut-off dies when needed.
  • Fill out paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
  • Heavy Lifting as required.
  • Other duties as required.
Experience:
  • Must be able to read blue prints.
  • Basic Shop Math
  • Mechanical Aptitude required
  • Ability to use handheld measurement instruments.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
