Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of leadership experience (Preference given for experience in schools that are racially, linguistically, and socioeconomically diverse)
  • 3 years of professional educator experience, secondary level preferred
  • Master's Degree in Educational Administration or enrolled in a program leading to a principal certification
  • Possess (or enrolled in a program leading to a principal certification) a current Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) license for Principal (51).  Additional licensure as Director of Instruction (10) or Director of Student Services (80) are highly valued.
  • Demonstrated alignment toDistrict Vision and Core Values

  • Multi-lingual with preference for fluency in Spanish and/or Hmong
