Job description

We are currently accepting applications for a Principal's Secretary position at Truman Elementary School at Ervin. If interested please complete and submit an application.  Attached you will find the job description.  
Requirements:

  • Must have ability to work well with public, teachers, administrators, and other members of the school staff with courtesy, tact, good judgment and good customer service skills.
  • Must have the ability to act discreetly in the handling of confidential files
  • Must be of good character, neat in personal appearance, and have pleasing manners and personality.
  • Must be proficient in keyboarding and accounting skills, writing, grammar and spelling skills.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly, work independently, performing individual projects and routine matters with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Must have the ability to think clearly in stressful situations, work well under pressure.

 
Length of Assignment:  223 days
Reports to: Principal
Evaluation:  Annually by building Principal
F.L.S.A: Non-Exempt
Annual Salary Range: $29,191 - $68,790
(dependent upon experience and qualifications)
