What You Can Expect

The Manager leads a high-performing pricing organization, drives best-in-class pricing processes, and serves as a strategic advisor to senior commercial, finance, and operations leaders. This role exercises significant independent judgment, influences executive decision-making, and ensures alignment between pricing strategy, market dynamics, and corporate objectives.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Engage with senior-level customer, distributor, and GPO stakeholders as needed to support strategic negotiations and relationships
  • Define and monitor KPIs that measure pricing effectiveness, deal quality, margin realization, and commercial value creation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end pricing and contracting lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliant execution through defined operating models.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop pricing analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior commercial, finance, legal, and operations leaders on complex pricing and contracting decisions.
  • Own enterprise pricing and contracting for GPOs, IDNs, strategic and local customers aligned to corporate growth and margin objectives.
  • Set clear performance expectations, success metrics, and development plans for team members.
  • Provide training which will enable the field organization and pricing group team members to optimize price & sales potential.
  • Prepare slides for Price Committee and maintain product line technical expertise.

Your Background
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and 8+ years of related experience is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP query experience required SAP, Vendavo, Alteryx, and Tableau experience preferred.
  • Management experience required
