Family Medicine Desktop NP/PA in Downeast Maine

Salary: $119,500.00 - $127,450.00 Annually

Northern LightBlue Hill Hospitalin Blue Hill, Maine is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our Primary Care team in a uniquehybrid desktop support role. This position functions as a clinical extender, providing EMR desktop coverage, care coordination, and clinical support to primary care practitioners while helping improve patient access, continuity of care, and provider wellness.

This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and a mix of remote and in-person patient care responsibilities. While much of the work is performed remotely, there is an expectation to be onsite in our Primary Care Blue Hill clinic at least one day per week, with additional in-person coverage provided as needed.

Compensation Information:

  • $119,500 - $127,450 salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity and quality incentives.
  • The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
