Summary

An ERIK'S Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing knowledgeable, personalized service. This role involves assisting customers in selecting products that meet their specific needs, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and achieving individual and store sales goals. Associates are expected to develop strong product expertise, support merchandising efforts, and contribute to a positive team environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support store retail operations and merchandising.

Additional Responsibilities

To successfully host the party, every retail team member must remain flexible to meet both customer and store needs. Regardless of your primary responsibilities, you are expected to step in and support wherever needed to drive the overall success of the business.
