Associate Physiatry Jobs in Indiana (NOW HIRING)

We are seeking a Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) physician to provide locum tenens coverage in a hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation unit in Indiana. Position Details:

• Location: Near Crane, Indiana.
• Dates: December 24, 2024 (7:00 AM) - January 3, 2025 (7:00 AM).
• Coverage Type: Inpatient rehabilitation unit, including admissions, discharges, care planning, and daily rounds.
• Daily Patient Volume: Approximately 10-12 patients.
• Schedule:
  • Daytime rounding on-site.
  • 24-hour call coverage throughout the assignment.
  • Weekend call and rounding as part of the assignment.
• Medication Management: Physicians will handle their own medication management.
• EMR System: Meditech.
• Support Team: Includes experienced RNs and patient care technicians.

Requirements:

• Board Certification/Eligibility: Required in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Experience: Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Licensing: Active Indiana medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
