This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art hospital facility, following an outpatient model that ensures a focused approach to pediatric care without the demands of inpatient rounding. The role offers regular office hours from Monday to Friday, allowing for 40-hour workweeks.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical examinations for pediatric patients, identifying acute and chronic health issues.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Prescribe medications and other therapies while educating families on optimal care strategies and health practices.
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic medical records, facilitating seamless communication within the healthcare team.
• Engage in patient education initiatives to promote health awareness and disease prevention among families.
• Participate in practice meetings to discuss clinical protocols, enhance care delivery, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

This role specifically caters to a diverse pediatric population ranging from infants to adolescents. The Physician Assistant will address a variety of health concerns, including but not limited to routine wellness check-ups, immunizations, and management of chronic conditions. • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program with current NCCPA certification and an active state license.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, focusing on pediatrics preferred.
• Individuals holding a current Nurse Practitioner certification without a Master’s in Nursing may be considered if they possess relevant hands-on experience.
• Proficient in documenting and presenting patient information clearly and accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor suitable for diverse patient interactions.
• Ability to critically assess and respond to emerging trends and initiatives in pediatric healthcare.

• Experience in a fast-paced outpatient pediatric setting is highly desirable.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
