By translating platform data into actionable insights, the role enables visibility, disciplined execution and informed decision-making while ensuring initiative owners, workstream leaders and finance remain accountable for execution, content accuracy, and value delivery.</div><div class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Transformation Platform Administration</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Serve as the primary administrator of the transformation management platform (Wave) and related reporting tools.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Configure and maintain workstreams, initiatives, users, dashboards, workflows, templates, and reporting structures.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Manage user provisioning, access controls, permissions, security roles, and account maintenance.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Process enhancement requests and system changes from workstream leaders, finance partners, and transformation leadership.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Coordinate with platform vendors, technology teams, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues and implement improvements.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Identify opportunities to simplify platform processes, improve reporting efficiency, enhance data quality controls, and strengthen user experience.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Maintain continuous alignment with global technology and global platform teams to ensure consistent platform governance, standards, and system usage.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Maintain platform documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.</li></ul><div class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Data Quality & Governance</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of initiative, milestone, financial, and reporting data.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Perform routine <s>audits</s> <s>and</s> data validation checks to identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Establish data quality standards and monitor compliance across all transformation workstreams.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Maintain data definitions, field standards, and reporting logic to ensure consistent interpretation of transformation information across workstreams.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Drive resolution for data discrepancies with initiative owners, workstream leads, finance teams, and business stakeholders.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Maintain system hygiene and ensure adherence to reporting standards and governance requirements.</li></ul><div class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Reporting & Analytics</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Develop and generate recurring and ad hoc reports for transformation leadership, workstream leaders, and executive stakeholders.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Produce dashboards and scorecards that provide visibility to initiative status, milestones, risks, dependencies, financial impact, and value realization.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Analyze transformation performance data to identify trends, execution gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Support preparation of executive reviews, steering committees, and governance meetings through data analysis and reporting.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Translate complex datasets into actionable insights that support decision-making.</li></ul><div class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Financial Tracking & Value Monitoring</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Support loading, validating, and maintaining financial data associated with transformation initiatives.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Partner with Finance teams to ensure benefit tracking, value realization, forecasts, and actual performance are accurately reflected in the system.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Reconcile financial information and flag variances as required.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Monitor financial reporting compliance and ensure consistency across <s>all</s> workstreams.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Support value tracking processes and executive financial reporting.</li></ul><div class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Execution Monitoring & Compliance</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Monitor initiative execution, milestone completion, stage-gate progression, and reporting compliance.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Track overdue milestones, missing updates, and non-compliant reporting activities.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Identify execution risks and proactively escalate concerns to transformation leadership.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Track escalated issues, data gaps, and compliance risks through resolution, ensuring clear ownership, timing, and follow-up actions.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Support governance reviews by providing visibility into workstream performance and compliance metrics.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Conduct recurring audits of initiative quality, milestone plans, financial updates, and platform utilization.</li></ul><div class="ql-align-justify"><strong>User Support & Training</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Act as the first point of contact for platform-related questions and support.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Train new users on platform functionality, reporting standards, and transformation data requirements.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Develop quick-reference guides, training materials, and user documentation.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Conduct refresher sessions and support adoption of new platform features and governance requirements.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Promote consistent use of the platform as the organization’s transformation system of record.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Monitor platform adoption and usage patterns to identify training needs, recurring user issues, and opportunities to improve compliance and user experience.</li></ul><div class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Education & Work History </strong></div><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">3–5+ years of experience in PMO, Business Analytics, Program Management Support, Systems Administration, Reporting, or Transformation environments.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience administering enterprise reporting or portfolio management systems.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience supporting large-scale transformation, PMO, or program management organizations.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience working with financial reporting, KPI management, and executive dashboards.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience performing data audits and managing data quality initiatives.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><div class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Required Skills</strong></div><ul><li
