Job description

Overview
At Allspring Global Investments, the Performance Analyst plays a key role in delivering accurate and reliable investment performance information across the organization. Responsibilities include calculating and reviewing mutual fund performance, publishing monthly performance reports, and investigating performance-related discrepancies with external vendors. The analyst will partner with internal stakeholders to address ad hoc inquiries and support ongoing regulatory filings. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with investment professionals and business partners while helping ensure the integrity and quality of performance data used to drive decision-making.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.
Location(s): Milwaukee, WI
Responsibilities
  • Calculate and distribute monthly fund performance reports
  • Review Shareholder Reports and Prospectuses for all fund classes
  • Help produce and review international regulatory documents for Worldwide Funds
  • Reconcile performance between multiple platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other teams on central initiatives to drive success.
  • Proactively identify areas to increase efficiency and streamline processes
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of benchmarks used by the firm
  • Address ad-hoc requests from investment teams and other internal partners promptly and accurately

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • 2+ Years of performance analysis for fund performance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Apps
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to work at a computer and use standard business software for extended periods during the workday.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and business partners in person and electronically as needed.
  • Engage in regular in-person interaction and collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Work effectively in a professional office environment with ongoing collaboration, activity, and shifting priorities.
  • Maintain productivity and focus while balancing multiple tasks and interruptions common in an in-person business setting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automated financial systems such as: Confluence StatPro, Confluence Unity, and Advent APX
  • Experience with market systems such as: Bloomberg, Morningstar, Lipper
  • Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus
  • Experience with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPSยฎ)
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools is a plus
  • CIPM Preferred

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
