We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Employee Engagement Specialist position located in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels at working at an individual level. This role involves overseeing employee feedback surveys, coordinating company events and recognition programs, and supporting onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience. They also play a key role in fostering inclusive workplace initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support engagement strategies and departmental operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implement & oversee employee feedback surveys (hierarchy, reporting, etc.)

  • Corporate tickets for Jazz games, Sundance, Real SL, etc. (ticket transfers, confirmation emails)

  • Ongoing event planning (Block Parties, Employee B-day celebrations, etc.)

  • Onboarding (ID badges, name plates, prep swag, head shots, etc.)

  • New Employee Orientation (comms to employees, present & update presentation, order breakfast, prep room, etc.)

  • Bereavement packages (send out to employees)

  • Assist with ordering & organizing departmental supplies, materials, & swag

  • Manage monthly department budget and expenses

  • Manage employee turnover dashboards & analyze trends and key drivers

  • Reply to FAQs on Slack

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree is required, Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Customer service experience (2+ years)

  • HR experience is a plus

Requirements:

  • Deep sense of care, love, & energy in seeing coworkers improve

  • High energy and loves giving praise to employees for their successes

  • Ability to manage the ins & outs of a budget and ensure we're staying within allotted amounts

  • Ability to brainstorm creative ideas and design execution plans

  • Proficient with Windows-based computer systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs

  • Ability to learn and work with proprietary software
