Speech Language Pathologist Location: Pikeville, KY Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,352 to $2,552 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson Therapy Partners to find a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Pikeville, Kentucky, 41501!

Join as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist and use your skills where they are needed most. You will help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders while exploring a new part of the country. Apply and a recruiter will reach out with more details.


Minimum Requirements

  • Masterโ€™s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active Kentucky state SLP license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
  • Experience evaluating and treating adult dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and tracheostomy/ventilator management is preferred.

  • Facility Type: Hospital.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Hours: 8A-4:30P.
  • Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week.
