Job Description

The SAP AMS Sales Associate Partner leads the creation, identification, development and sales of large SAP AMS opportunities. The SAP AMS Sales Associate Partner's success is measured by the pipeline created and the value of business won and the achievement of quarterly sales objectives. The SAP AMS Sales Associate Partner is responsible for dynamic market screening, thought leadership, demand creation, opportunity identification, development, and selection of opportunities that support the business development campaign strategy. The SAP AMS Sales Associate Partner must be able to demonstrate deep understanding of the SAP AMS marketplace and its future as well as client's business, organization, culture, pain points, and compelling reasons to act on new directions. The SAP AMS Sales Associate Partner should be able to create, articulate, and sell an innovative business vision and value proposition based upon the thought leadership developed as part of various campaigns.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Sales pipeline development and management for a particular Sector (e.g., Industrial or Distribution)
- Maintaining a 3x pipeline on an annual sales target of $100m
- Client relationship-building and associated call planning
- Appropriate interaction with the various CLIENT teams to successfully pursue/engage on the opportunities so that the client clearly understands the CLIENT's value proposition in this business area
- Participation in the complete sales cycle including Oral presentations and follow on sales activities required to close the opportunity
- Working closely with the SAP AMS Team and general AMS practice
Participation in weekly sales cadences

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in Business development, consulting and delivery of SAP solutions including significant knowledge of AMS
  • At least 5 years experience in business process re-engineering at an executive level
  • At least 5 years experience in business operations and strategy at an executive level
  • Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Intermediate


Preferred

  • Master's Degree
  • At least 10 years experience in Business development, consulting and delivery of SAP solutions including significant knowledge of AMS
  • At least 10 years experience in business process re-engineering at an executive level
  • At least 10 years experience in business operations and strategy at an executive level
